Power Module Circulating Cooling System

Generalway power module circulating cooling system is an integrated coolant management and heat exchange solution dedicated to the R&D and performance testing of power semiconductor modules.

 

The unit integrates core functions including coolant filling, high-efficiency degassing, constant-pressure holding test, fluid recovery and closed-loop circulating cooling. With modular layout and customizable control logic, it perfectly solves common drawbacks of traditional testing equipment such as unstable pressure retention, incomplete bubble elimination and low testing efficiency. Serving as core testing equipment, it greatly improves the reliability and automation of power module verification.

  • Intelligent Pressure Holding Judgment: Switchable manual and automatic pressure holding modes; the system automatically judges test results with audible and visual alarm reminders.

  • Remote Monitoring & Control Function: Supports RS485 / RS232 communication for system configuration integration; real-time monitoring of flow rate, temperature, pressure and liquid level data.

  • High-Reliability & Standard Safety Design: Equipped with electric regulating valves, PID closed-loop control and signal filtering to boost control accuracy and anti-interference performance. Multi-layer safety protection including reliable grounding and safety relief valves complies with full industrial safety standards.
