Titanium Corrosion-Resistant Plate Heat Exchanger

The titanium plate heat exchanger is a high-performance corrosion-resistant heat transfer unit customized for harsh media containing chloride, brine, seawater and acidic geothermal fluids. It adopts pure titanium or titanium-palladium alloy corrugated sheets as core heat transfer components, stacked together with high-compatibility sealing gaskets to form independent thin flow channels for two-way fluid heat exchange.

 

Distinct from stainless steel plate heat exchangers that suffer pitting corrosion in high-chloride environments, titanium material delivers outstanding anti-corrosion capability to eliminate medium leakage risks. This model serves as the standard thermal equipment for marine engineering, geothermal energy, swimming pool constant temperature, desalination and chemical processing, enabling reliable long-term heat exchange under corrosive working conditions while retaining the core strengths of compact footprint and high thermal efficiency.

The modular design allows flexible adjustment of heat exchange area by adding or removing titanium plates.

  • Easy Disassembly & Low Maintenance Costs: Full bolted detachable frame structure allows quick extraction of the titanium plate bundle for CIP cleaning or manual descaling to remove mineral scale from geothermal and seawater media. Symmetrical double clamping bolt design evenly distributes compression force, avoiding gasket deformation and reducing frequent replacement frequency.

  • Broad Media & Temperature-Pressure Adaptability: Matching sealing gaskets include NBR, EPDM, HNBR and FKM/Viton to accommodate different temperature ranges from -50℃ up to 180℃. The titanium plate bundle withstands continuous exposure to seawater, geothermal brine, desalination concentrate, swimming pool chlorinated water and light chemical corrosive liquids without surface degradation.
